Course presenter

Jo Perkins is an experienced Human Resources professional, consultant and facilitator.  With over 15 years experience in managing and delivering Human Resources functions, with a particular focus on organisational development, she has worked in various senior HR roles for a number of global and multinational companies both here and in the UK.
 

 
 

Pathway to further education and qualifications

The Toolkit for Supervisors short course is taken from the Certificate IV in Frontline Management qualification.
On completion of the course student will gain 3 units of competency or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for a Certificate IV in Frontline Management qualification.
