Diversity in the Workplace

This course will enable participants to recognise and understand the importance of diversity in the modern working environment.

Once completed, you will be able to:

• Understand and utilise diversity in the workplace to accomplish organisational objectives.

• Develop skills and strategies to more effectively work together with people from diverse backgrounds. 

Course delivery

The Difficult Behaviour workshop is a one-day face-to-face workshop. If you’re an employer looking to increase the skills of your staff, we can deliver it at your place of business. We can also customise a complete training package to meet your company's requirements.

The course is delivered for individuals at the University of Wollongong campuses in Wollongong, Sutherland or Sydney.

Course presenter

Jo Perkins is an experienced Human Resources professional, consultant and facilitator. She has over 15 years experience in managing and delivering Human Resources functions, with a particular focus on organisational development.

Jo has worked in various senior HR roles for a number of global and multinational companies both here and in the UK..
