Before beginning a Business or Departmental Skills Audit, ITCC will discuss and view your organisational or departmental strategy to ensure full understanding of specific requirements within each business unit or department.

ITCC will conduct a departmental or individual skills audit that identifies needs and skills gaps and/or individual skills or qualification gaps. A collated report will be presented and discussed to pave a way forward through training, mentoring and coaching via a delivery model that works best for you. The service includes discussion and review of strategies, printing and distribution of skills audits or face-to-face interviews with employees, collection of audits, collation and analysis of results followed up with a report.

The cost of the needs and skills analysis often results in a full rebate, should the analysis result in on-going services (conditions apply).
